Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Through the mail service carriers utilized by The Conscious Queen may make deliveries on weekends. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, The Conscious Queen does not have authority regarding the shipping and delivery time, please expect delays as these essential workers do their best to deliver your packages safely.  If there are any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email cnelson@theconsciousqueen.com for additional information. All emails are responded to within 24 hours Mondays - Fridays.
